I unfortunately took on a bad tenant who once evicted left my property in a terrible state. The property looked like it had been burgled, rubbish strewn everywhere, trashed furniture, rotting food etc. She had also spray painted the bathroom suite with red paint. Completed the clearance of a 2 bed bungalow today in Tidworth, Wiltshire, near Amesbury, Wiltshire. It was an Aster managed property so required all carpets and underlay to be removed. We also dismantled and removed a shed.

I had my property rented for 6 months whilst I was working out of the country. When I arrived back to move back home we found that the tenant had not cleaned the property, left the garden totally overgrown and to cap it all had probably smoked 60 a day in the main bedroom this left it yellow stained and very smelly. I used Tony's services to clear the garden, do a thorough end of tenancy clean he also sugar soaped the bedroom and ensuite before repainting.
