Further more they may ask for any holes left behind from things like picture hooks or removed wall shelving are filled and sheds or greenhouses fitted after move in are also quite often subject to removal.
Your first call should be to the relevant office where you will need to book a surveyor to meet you or another family member at the property where they will confirm what they require being done before the property can be handed back. Your next call should be to us where we can make an appointment to submit a quotation for the complete clearance.
They can do this for you however they charge far more than we would and they do not take into consideration any items that have value, whereas we do! We will pay you for the saleable items as well as clearing the rest.
